Cancellation Policy

When booking a COURSE with Sussex Canines the following cancellation policy applies: - If you cancel more than a week before the start date the full course cost, minus a transaction fee*, will be refunded. - If you cancel within a week of the start date there will be a fee of 25% of the course cost. - If you cancel after the first class there will be a fee of 50% of the course cost. - If you cancel after two or more classes the entire course cost is payable. When booking a WORKSHOP with Sussex Canines the following cancellation policy applies: - If you cancel more than a week before the start date the full workshop cost, minus a transaction fee*, will be refunded. - If you cancel within a week of the start date there will be a fee of 25% of the workshop cost. - If you cancel after the first session the entire workshop cost is payable. When booking a CLUB session with Sussex Canines the following policy applies: - If you cancel more than 48 hours before the start of the session the full class cost, minus a transaction fee*, will be refunded. - If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the session the full fee is payable. Any requests to transfer bookings to alternative dates or services will be accommodated where possible, providing that the original service has not already started. We reserve the right to cancel any session if the minimum number of attendees is not reached. In these cases an alternative date may be offered, if available, or a full refund. * The transaction fee is set by Stripe, who process our online payments. The current fee is 1.4% +20p per transaction, however this may change and is outside of Sussex Canines' control. As a guide, if you were to book an 8 week course for £96.00 the transaction fee would be £1.54. These terms may be amended at the discretion of Sussex Canines. Last updated: 16/09/2022
